1. Pricing
  •Pricing is just for your reference of our price levels,which is subiect to change without notice as well as our final confirmation before acceptance of your orders.
  •Combine styles and colors of small quantities can receive lower prices;
  •For big volume buyers,please negotiate prices with us specifically;
  •For air or sea freight calculation,please refer to the packing statistics;
  •Following basic price list is the summarization of previous prices.
2. Samples
  •For regular clients,who has already sent us purchasing orders,all samples less than ten pcs are free,and the air freight is paid by qingdao jiupin garments & caps co.,ltd
  •For regular clients,who meeds sales samples more than 10 pcs and has not yet sent purchasing orders to us,all costs of samples and air freight is required to be paid.
  •For new inquirers,who needs samples less than ten pcs,all samples and catalogues are free,but the air freight shall be collected.we shall send out your required samples as soon as you confirm us acceptance of collected air freight and your fed.ex.or DHL a/c no. if you do not open any account with above forwarders and your city or area can accept freight collected service, please confirm us ,then we shall use UPS to send you the parcel.please understand this usual practice.because there are many inquirers everyday from whole of the world requsting samples , it is quite difficult for only our side to pay for all costs.
3. Ordering
  •Written purchase orders (by fax or emails )are required before action is taken on any order.
  •Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.so please confirm the prices with us before you send us purchase order.
  •We shall fax you sales confirmation for your signature within 3 working days after receiving your order.
  •Telephone hours : Monday -Friday 8:30 am -6:00pm Beijing time
4. Delivery time
•First important factor to advance time of delivery:
our production dept.only arranges all orders in strict rotation of time of receiving T/T deposit or L/C. the quicker you organize payment , the sooner the delivery time will be .
  •Second important factor to advance time of delivery:
if your order does not require any logos screen printing or embroidery, it is more convenient for us ; but if your order requires logos screen printing of embroidery, please manage to scan your art works (logo)and send it to us by email .the format our computers often use is jpg or bmp .if you send us your art works to us by air , it will take us some time to wait .
  •Third important factor to advance time of delivery:
please respond or forward your customers' comments to us as soon as you receive our counter samples. This can allow us time to make any improvement in case that our first sample can not be approved.
  •For orders with quantities less than 1000 pcs ,our delivery time is 15 days after samples approved and T/T deposit or L/C received.
For orders with quantities about 10000pcs ,our delivery time is 15 to 20 days after samples approved and T/T deposit or L/C received.
5. Packing
Following packing statistics are only for your gross freight calculation :
  •Standard packing for 5/6 panels caps :
1 doz per polybag;2doz per inner box; 12 doz per export carton ;

6. Term of payment
  •Order value less than 10000 USD ,we suggest you to adopt 30% T/T deposit 70% T/T five days before the shipment ;
  •Order value more than 10000USD ,you may adopt sight irrevocable L/C if you prefer.
  •No matter value is big or small ,we all prefer T/T because it is easy , fast and convenient !
